Debutant Danny Hylton came off the bench to score the winner for AFC Wimbledon at Hartlepool.

The striker, who joined on loan for the rest of the season from Rotherham on Monday, netted as the Dons came from behind to win.

Luke James latched onto Andy Monkhouse's lay-off to put Hartlepool in front but Will Antwi's looping header levelled the score at 1-1.

Substitute Hylton turned and fired in from 18 yards to complete the comeback.
